Craftsmanship:

Our patches are crafted using various embroidery techniques, including semi-embroidery, 3D embroidery, full embroidery, towel embroidery, felt embroidery, and bead embroidery. The backing options include heat-seal adhesive, hook and loop, no backing, self-adhesive, pins, and clips. Common edge finishing techniques include overlocking, laser cutting, and seam cutting.

Usage Instructions:

1. Place the patch on the desired location with the adhesive side facing the fabric. Preheat the iron and press the patch firmly for 10-20 seconds to secure it in place. Alternatively, you can use needle and thread to temporarily secure the patch before ironing.
2. Flip the fabric and patch over and iron the backside for 30-60 seconds to ensure the adhesive melts and bonds securely.
3. Finally, iron the front side for 1-2 minutes, focusing on the edges and corners to ensure a smooth surface and seamless integration with the fabric.

Attention:

- For patches with sequins, beads, rhinestones, silk flowers, or metal embroidery, iron the backside first to prevent damage to the embellishments. Ensure the fabric is dry during ironing and avoid spraying water directly on the patch or fabric.
- If the patch detaches after some time or washing, it indicates the iron temperature was too low or the ironing time was insufficient.
